Business Coordination includes Licensing and

Business Partners, Business Plan Analysis, Investment, Business Process and

mixture of marketing and corporate intelligence skills and aim to
provide the bottom line on the prevailing business reality at any given

Scientific Fields
We promote research collaboration and business matches between
companies and academic institutions in Japan and overseas, including
Supply Chain Management, ICT, biotechnology and bioinformatics,
nanotechnology, environmental
science, energy, transportation and other fields.

effort is based on years of experience in Japan and participation in
Japan's "San-Gaku-Kan" initiative to focus academia, business and
government on working together to coordinate investment and realize

Broadcast and Film

Consultant to Argentina Soccer
Lawrence has initiated consultancy, sales and media activities for Argentinian soccer. During the recent Japan-Argentina friendship game held in Japan on Oct. 8, Lawrence provided staff, advisory, and media coordination. Lawrence is also conducting planning and license sales activities in connection with Argentine Soccer, Boca Juniors, and Lionel Messi with World Eleven, the representative of Argentine soccer and matchmaker for Argentine friendship games worldwide (Japan website).

Japan Launch of Swedish Fashion
Lawrence has provided planning and coordination to Sweden-based Peak Performance and RCT Japan in connection with the establishment of Peak Performance in Japan. Peak Performance is Scandinavia's biggest functional sportswear brand with 200 employees in over 20 countries, and is well known for ski, golf, extreme sports and training wear. Peak Performance is a major clothing sponsor of global sporting competitions including the 33rd America's Cup and Golf Tournaments including the Nordea Scandinavian Masters, the KLM Open and the OMEGA European Masters.
At the July 23 press conference and launch party which Lawrence set up at the Swedish Embassy with the cooperation of Ambassador Stefan Noreén, 50 journalists and 400 guests gathered to hear the new Peak Performance strategy and enjoy a fashion show, Swedish food, and Absolut vodka and Perrier-Jouët champagne provided by Pernod-Ricard Japan. Our Industry Development Team has successfully brought a world-leading
supply chain software company to Japan from Sweden.
Our team enabled Syncron International AB to sign its first client in Japan in the first 6 months and created a multimillion Euro Japan business in
the first year.
Through dedicated consulting sales and deep understanding of the customer's requirements, we sold Syncron's order management product to Komatsu, a Global TOP 5 Mining Equipment Manufacturer, for their service parts business worldwide.
Working with the Swedish software firm, our team performed business negotiations and contract preparation, translation, office operations, a pre-contract study project ending in contract signing and very intense project management and consulting within a massive multi-vendor project. We also conducted extensive sales and marketing activities, including industry profiling, event planning, press conferences, and sales calls.
