Telebody promotes research collaboration and business matches between companies and academic institutions in Japan and overseas, including ICT, biotechnology and bioinformatics, nanotechnology, environmental science, energy, transportation and other fields.
This effort is based on years of experience in Japan and participation in Japan's "San-Gaku-Kan" initiative to focus academia, business and government on working together to coordinate investment and realize successful projects in strategic industries.
Broadcast and Film
Telebody is experienced at development of content for broadcast media, online streaming, DVD and theater run feature films and documentaries. We have a broadcast and film planning team for planning and financing, and a production outfit which develops content with talented creative professionals in Japan and overseas.
We also provide advertising planning and sales services including placement on giant outdoor television screens, a powerful urban media highly visible in areas like Shibuya and the Ginza. Recent News
Telebody has an established film licensing and production team. Building on experience on the film Ulysses launched last year, Telebody is currently involved in the authentic Geisha documentary Hannari, is planning projects with Brazil, Mexico and Canada, and is developing an original broadband film distribution system. Telebody is conducting manga character liscensing for advertising and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) promotion by Japanese companies. This adds to our manga and anime translation business.
Telebody has provided investment consulting for MedImmune, a major pharmaceuticals firm, with regard to biotech liscensing and business development.
Telebody has renewed its business development consulting contract with Honyaku Center, Japan's largest translation firm (in annual sales), including marketing, product planning and executive services in Japan and overseas.
