Subject: Re: I need an advice

Dear Vilem Ruzicka,

Thank you for your kind message. North Korea is pretty much of a closed society. They do not provide much information about such instititutions as orphanages and do not permit direct contact with their population unless it is with relatives. Nevertheless there is a famine going on there and people are suffering, children are malnourished and some die. The best way to help is to offer cash donations to groups like ours which buy rice, corn and drugs and distribute them directly to the population. I am targeting mainly children now and either visit myself to distribute or have it monitored by the UNICEF rep in Pyongyang. If you would like to contribute I could ask my friend, Alan Levy, the editor of the Prague Post to accept your contribution and convert it into a dollar check which he could send me. If you would like to organize a donation campaign among your friends, it might grow. Your names would appear on the donors' list on our Web page and you can see later how and where the food is distributed.

Best regards,

Bernard Krisher
